[stellation-res] Eclipse project structure

There is an initiative going on within the Eclipse team as part of the 2.1
development process. The goal is to define and implement a more flexible
Eclipse project structure. I believe that this could has a significant
impact on the next stages of Stellation development and that we should be
providing Stellation input to this process.

The starting point to access the documentation that has been produced so far
is the posting Flexible project structure: Step 2, posted by John Arthone on
Oct. 4. There are links to a problem analysis document and to a document
that analyzes possible solutions to the problems raised in the first
document.

This is a golden opportunity to get capabilities that may help the
Stellation project over the next year or so.
