[stellation-res] Commit privs for Jonathan Gossage?

I'd like to propose Jonathan Gossage for commit privs.  

It should be pretty obvious why he deserves them. He's been
one of our most active contributors on the mailing list, done
some extremely valuable code auditing, helped work out major
design decisions, and now contributed a huge chunk of code reworking
our database abstraction system so that it can support MySQL (as
well as generally improving the design, and giving it a useful
reflection capability).
