I have made the changes noted above. However, my laptop needs repair, and I'm working
on another machine not yet configured to run the tests. I'm hoping to get laptop back
in a couple of days, and will checkin new code then. If I find it will take longer, I'll
set up to run the tests on my temporary machine. In any event, fix should be in by end
of next week.
