[stellation-res] MySQL

I just updated my copy of Stellation from the new code base and I had enough
merge conflictsetc. that I believe the best course will be to discard what I
have done so far, get a fresh copy from CVS and then enter whatever changes
are needed to use MySQL. I am assuming that this set of changes will deal
with the Windows specific issues that I raised over the last couple of
weeks.

I do not expect that it will take more than a day or so to update Stellation
to support MySQL (the first go-around was completed in a weekend) and then I
want to try some heavy duty stressing with a large code base of both source
and binary files.
