[stellation-res] Please keep the To list simple

A recent post had the following To: list

  To: stellation-res@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, "Jonathan Gossage" <jgossage@xxxxxxxx>,
   "Stellation" <stellation-res@xxxxxxxxxxx>

There is no need to post twice to a list, nor to copy to someone on the list,
so please just use

    To: stellation-res@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    To: lists of the first form not only cause confusion, but can result in missed mail, 
as I have already responded to a post thinking I was responding to the list, 
when in fact I was replying privately to the sender who had gratuitously 
put my name in the CC: list.
