[stellation-res] Web site updated: setup instructions and team members p

I've just updated the setting-up.html page to provide more up-to-date (and
clearer) instructions for configuring Eclipse for Stellation development.
I've also updated the team-members page to include Florin.

There's a couple of small problems with the 'unittest' project: it's not 
fully configured
for building as an Eclipse plug-in component, and there's a hardcoded 
library path.
I plan to fix this sometime Thursday afternoon (8-15).
Meanwhile, "if it ain't broke for you, let me fix it til it is...."
