This is very important, and came up during a discussion here at IBM earlier
this afternoon. The representation of artifact content should be additive, so
that adding a new version of a text (or compound) artifact just causes new rows
to be added, and *no* change to the rows already in the repository that represent
the prior versions. The lack of this property was one of the causes of our recent
repository problem, and putting this property in, even at the expense of
increasing the repository size, is well worth the increased reliability
(and our confidence) that should result.
