[stellation-res] UNITTESTS: change StringTokenizer to BufferedReader

Changes:

   Changed the parsing of output to use a BufferedReader instead of the
   StringTokenizer. Could not test on Windows because it crashes the
   server.

   Added a "profile" target to the build.xml file.

   Refactored build.xml .
