[stellation-res] Unit tests added to repository 
The latest version of Florin's unit tests have been checked in to the
repository.

In cvs, they're in the plugins directory, under 
org.eclipse.stellation.unittest. In Stellation, they're project 
org.eclipse.stellation.unittest.

To load the project into Eclipse, you need to first import org.junit, 
org.eclipse.core.boot, org.eclipse.core.runtime, and org.apache.xerces as 
binary projects.
