[stellation-res] Minor website problem 
Jim:

For some strange reason, on Mozilla-based browsers on my machine,
the spacing on the lines "Advanced Software Configuration Management
An Eclipse Technology Research Subproject" are fouled up so
that they overlap. This is happening on all of the pages with that header.
From a tiny bit of poking and prodding, I think it's coming from some
spacing setup in the CSS.
