[stellation-res] sixth drop of junit tests

The tests no longer cause the traceback reported yesteday (but I filled
a bug agains subversion core: [1]).

The RepositoryServices is stable for now.

Major new changes are in the ProjectData package. I have broked
ProjectData interface into reusable pieces: AgingArtifact and its
descendents. Now it is much easier to create ProjectData objects by
adding artifacts together. Work in progress...
