Fine by me. Watch out for maximum lengths of names however...

Haven't tested it, but I'm more a fan of Ant than of cygwin. If I find
some more spare time (*sigh*), I'll try to convert one of the scripts
to an Ant build file. That will probably help in the platform
neutrality.
