[stellation-res] checkin core revision main@@11 - modify SVC run method to return exit status

	* src/org/eclipse/stellation/workspace/Svc.java: 

	Modify run method to return the exit status, and not call
	System.exit directly, so that run can be called separately.
	This is in reponse to a request from Florin Iucha to assist
	in the construction of unit tests.
