	* core revision main@@7

	* core/src/org/eclipse/stellation/workspace/Workspace.java: 
	Issue better error message when invoked when a workspace is needed
	and none is available. 

	Issue error message if attempt to list log when no workspace
	available.

	* core/src/org/eclipse/stellation/workspace/Svc.java: 
	Clarify handling of --within and --workspace options.  --workspace
	sets the workspace, and is the same as doing a cd to the specified
	directory.

	Make sure connection is properly closed by using finally clause
	after processing a command. I'm still not sure why there are both
	close() and closeHandles() methods in Connection.

By the way, note that I edited ChangeLog via xemacs, and suggest others format
their additions accordingly (though of course this is not required).
