[stellation-res] New Eclipse update URL.

Hello,

The website where I put the packaged plugins for Stellation to work is
on an Apple server. Apple announced that from September on, the use of
the iTools service will become a paid service. Before a lot of users
know the location of the current plugins, I'm moving things to my
regular ISP. Here is the new URL:

http://home.planetinternet.be/~ridesmet/eclipse/updates/

Try this URL and if it works, please update the documentation on the
Stellation website. Sorry for the inconvenience.
