[stellation-res] CVS Changes and Document Update, For Easier Setup

Per Ringo's suggestions, I've been investigating how to make the setup
process easier.
This involves a) using separate plugins to hold most of the 3rd-party jars, and
b) using binary projects to hide SWT platform dependencies.
Ringo has graciously created and hosted plugins for the 3rd-party jars, and
installing
them (via the Eclipse Update Manager) is quick and painless. Thanks, Ringo (my
dentist should be as good!).
I've just finished updating the three Stellation plugin projects in the CVS
repository to
reflect these changes (there's no need to update the 'misc' project, since
there's no
Eclipse-related code in it). I've also updated the "Setting up Stellation
in Eclipse"
document.
