[stellation-res] Plug-in User's Guide Posted

Hi,

Now that I'm back from the wilds of upstate NY (visiting a daughter at
summer camp), I've completed and posted a draft of the Plug-in User's Guide.

This is the first real draft, and I'm sure there are things that need fixing.
Please note any and all errors, obscure language, typos and the like,
and let me know so that I can fix them.
