[starter-dev] Moving to Maven Archetypes?

Firstly, thanks so much for initiating this project. It is definitely valuable.

I am wondering, what are thoughts to convert it to a Maven archetype? The archetype could generate the hello world project including the Cargo plugin code to automatically download and run on each supported application server. It would still be possible to manually download a server and use an IDE if that is what the user wants.

If you like, I can issue a PR to demonstrate the concept using Payara to begin with. What do you think?
