I'm starting work on a spike of work for Spatial4j this week. Some things I want to do:

* ShapeBuilder abstraction

* Geo3D impl

* Fix #127 -- circle.relate(jtsGeometry)

* Release 1.0 under org.locationtech package

Bonus:

* Typed ShapeCollection
