Hi everyone.

As we discussed during the bi-weekly project meeting today, the Sparkplug specification project needs to adopt a process to manage the specification's Technology Compatibility Kit (TCK). 

I am pleased to share a draft document representing a starting point to establish that process. This draft is a simplification of the process used by the Jakarta Working Group. You can access it here:
