[soc-dev] Connecting with Students

Mentors, by now you should have engaged with your students and have started the "bonding" process so that you are ready to "hit the ground running" at the start of the coding period.

That start of coding period starts very soon. To put this in the frankest terms possible, the first installment of the participation stipend will go out to the students immediately following the start of coding. We need to identify those students who might be trying to game the system to get that first stipend.

If you believe that your student is not engaging in good faith, please let me know (via private email to wayne@xxxxxxxxxxx) ASAP.
