Hi,

Idea :To include a mode in eclipse IDE, in which tab size increase on hover or on switching to that tab and other tabs shrink. 

I have been facing difficulty in working with many tabs on eclipse on small screen laptop requiring all tabs at a time.Then while switching tabs, i have to resize every tab, every time.

On further improvement, hover effect delay duration can be made user-defined and hover effect optional.
