[soa-pmc] Stepping down

Folks,

the nature of my work evolved radically over the last year, and I no longer have time to focus on Eclipse activities.

I would like to formally step down from the SOA PMC. I would also step down from the architecture council, where I represented SOA.

I will stay involved as the leader of the BPMN modeler subproject.
