I usually do marketing by myself, I've not a specific budget. But,
if you like to go, this will be a collective effort and some companies
in the IWG could have the right skill.
I use this flyer for marketing at events.
To give you an idea, Engineering is managing the OW2 BI Initiative. Here
you can download the flyer we have prepared

OW2 Consortium suggested a common template for Initiative flyers and
participans finalized it.
What I suggest is:
- define a base-template according to Eclipse rules (if any)
- insert in front page a description of mission and goal of the
initiative and logo of all partners (like the eclipsesoa webpage)
- insert in back page the description of the resulting platform and logo
of participating projects.
Many of texts are in webpages and previous PRs, I guess.
What do you think?
I can distribute it at next Eclipse Day in Rome (October 5th) and/or,
all partners, at next Europe Eclipse Summit.
It's not mandatory, obviously. Just one more option.
