Scott,
just make a proposal. I will then ask Markus to update the text for the download page.
BTW, the SOA build failed because of a stupid mistake, but after fixing Markus started the build again and hopefully it will be available in 1 or 2 hours. If so, please test the ECF part and let me know if everything is fine.
