-- so my belief was that neither Ricco nor Stephane could attend based on
previous conversations, and I meant to send out the notification on the
25th, in case I was wrong... Which I was...

Too bad,
I had two topics regarding the media launch end of April and the schedule is
rather tight. Therefore I would be grateful to get feedback on this list
about the following two proposals as soon as possible.
- last year when the IWG was created I opposed to a forum for the IWG. I
think for the media launch it would be beneficial to have one.
- SOPERA plans to have a press release for the media launch. I suppose also
other members of the IWG plan activities for the launch. I suggest to
coordinate PR and marketing activities. SOPERA's contact for all marketing
activities regarding the launch is Jörg Belger (joerg.belger@xxxxxxxxx).
