Antonio,
I like this idea. Governance is crucial enough for any successful SOA approach that it deserves to be mentioned explicitly.

Hi all,
I suggest to update the Goal of SOA initiative
http://www.eclipse.org/eclipsesoa/participants.php to add governance tools,
as follows:
"The goal of the proposed Industry Working Group, to be called the "Eclipse
SOA Initiative", will be to define, implement and promote a common
Equinox-based SOA platform including both design time , runtime and
governance components. By adopting this platform the different vendor
platforms achieve interoperability."
Engineering has proposed the eBAM project
http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/ebam/ , in order to add new governance
capabilities to the platform.
