The SOA Charter as described at [1] has been approved by the Executive Director of the Eclipse Foundation.

Only one small clarification was required.  In the “Member Participants” section, the text:

 

Be an Eclipse Foundation Member (Solution, Committer)

 

Was changed to:

 

Be a voting Eclipse Foundation Member (Committer, Solution, Enterprise or Strategic)
