Don,

Here is my feedback to the current version of the website (as of Monday, Oct 5):
  • Frontpage:
    • There is an issue with the layout in firefox 3.5.3 on Mac. The alignment of “Community, Support and Service” with its icon is broken. I cannot check the layout in IE, but it needs to be checked too.
    • I have minor text changes: instead of “Download the SOA IWG Package” I suggest “Download the SOA Platform Package”; instead of “Quick install instructions” I suggest “Quick introduction how to install and use the SOA Platform Package”; instead of “Looking for help?  Want more?” I suggest “Become part of the community. Looking for commercial services?”
  • Download page: The text for the SOPERA mirror should be changed to “Download Eclipse SOA Platform and Swordfish. Try SOPERA ASF - the leading Open Source SOA Platform”
  • SOA Consortium page: (no changes required)
  • Getting Started: The text from Zsolt needs to be inserted. Oliver’s video is still missing. @Oliver: when will it be ready?
  • Community&Support: Please update the SOPERA part in the following way:

Ok – I’ve made some major updates to the website and fixed a number of bugs.

We need to complete the “Getting Started” page, but I have a template in place for that for now.  External links (such as to product/service pages on participating members) need to be cleaned up, but we’ll do that as materials come online.
