Hi Ed, thanks for your patience,

Daniel is one of the key persons contributing to Sirius's success from 
the get go through his support within his organization. His skills and 
contributions are not technical but through leadership within Thales and 
toward other similar organizations and innovative projects.

This makes it harder to provide publicly available references. You might 
consider that's not enough and that's OK, but I am all for sharing the 
leadership of the project with him as his skills contribute to an area I 
usually don't focus on.
