As you've probably noticed, we have on-going serious infrastructure problems that I hope will not cause problems producing EPP M3 today.

Producing an Orbit milestone yesterday was effectively impossible. I continue to try today, but a regular 13 minute build is already at the 1 and 15 minutes mark, exceedingly slowing jar-signing right now and likely to fail with a timeout while mirroring from download.eclipse.org.
