[simrel-dev] MoDisco dropping out of SimRel after 2026-03

concludes that the attempt to keep MoDisco alive on 'life-support' was 
misguided; the ongoing provision of Java 5 only support is 
irresponsible. Upgrading is too difficult, particularly for probably 0 
users.

A 'termination' review for MoDisco has therefore been requested. Unless 
someone else steps up to rescue it, MoDisco will not be in 2026-06.

(The PMI doesn't allow terminatiion reviews so a commented progress 
review has been 'created' but seemingly it cannot be 'saved'.)
