The Orbit release is already final to align with the Platform's 
RC2/final build this week.

Please keep you versions aligned with what's in Orbit:

At the moment Orbit has all the latest versions available, except 
bouncycastle (bcpg), which literally updated within a hour after the 
Orbit release.  Please use version 1.82 of bcpg.  I send this SPAM 
because a mixed set of versions of bcpg is known to be problematic, so 
please let's not go there.
