Dear SimRel members,

I'm Sheng from Microsoft, working on the official Eclipse GitHub Copilot plugin.

We would like to express our intention to participate in the upcoming Simultaneous Release. Currently, we are in the process of project creation under the Eclipse Foundation. Due to this, we may not be able to meet the M1 milestone for the 2025-09 release.

However, we are committed to accelerating our engineering efforts post project creation and are aiming to align with the M2 milestone.
