A committer election for Xiao Pan on project Eclipse sim@openPASS™ (automotive.simopenpass) was started by Tuan Duong Quang with this criteria: Xiao Pan continuously contributes to the development of an OpenSCENARIO Engine and according abstraction layer called Mantle API.
