[sdv-wg] Call for Proposals & Program Committee: Q4 Eclipse SDV Community Days Hosted by Accenture in Munich on December 2-3

Dear SDV Community,

We are excited to look ahead to our next gathering: the Eclipse SDV Community Days, hosted by Accenture in Munich (and online) on December 2-3, 2026!
It's the perfect occasion to visit the beautiful Weihnachtsmarkt and drink a Glühwein or Punsch with the other Community members before the year's end. ❄️

A key highlight of this edition will be celebrating the milestone Eclipse S-CORE 1.0 release, alongside technical updates, showcases, and collaborative discussions from across our working group projects.

Here are the ways you can get involved right now:
  • Speak & Share: The Call for Proposals (CfP) is now open! We are inviting submissions for 30-minute technical talks, hands-on demos or proposals for panel discussions. Whether you have project progress, architecture insights, or production use cases to share, please submit your proposal via the CfP portal. If you want to be a speaker, please ensure you can join on site. The deadline is set for November 13.
  • Join the Program Committee: We are looking for community volunteers to join our Program Committee (PC). As a PC member, you will play a key role in rating abstract submissions and shaping the final agenda. The selection process is lightweight and collaborative. If you would like to participate, simply reach out to me.
  • Register: Whether joining us on-site in Munich or participating remotely, you can reserve your spot today via the registration link.
For more details on venue logistics, scheduling, and event updates, please visit the event website, we will update the agenda there as we go.

We look forward to your contributions and to seeing many of you in Munich!

Best regards,

Sara
