[sdv-wg] Gear up for the Q2 SDV Community Days hosted by IAV!

Dear SDV Community,

Our community is approaching very fast!

We are working hard with our program committee on the agenda, in the meanwhile here are some information:

• When: 4-5 June

• Where: IAV, Gifhorn (DE)

• Register here

• Day 1 June 4 : Structured conference

• The program runs hybrid - you can join online, presenters on-site

• Program runs from 9 to 17:30 followed by an on-site reception

• Speakers plan for a 30 mins contribution including Q&A

• The Program Committee selects to submitted abstracts

• The bulk Agenda shall be published on Friday 23rd

• Few "late birds" contributions shall be notified on Tuesday 27th. The "late birds call" is open until Friday: Submit your abstracts! 

• Day 2 June 5: Open Collaboration
• This is on site only
• Open Collaboration runs from 9 to 12 followed by a light lunch on-site
• Topics to be published with the agenda
