One addition on how to contribute: 

1. clone/fork the repo. 

2. Take the BB_template.md (other/utils/BB_Template.md), fill the template (what info we need is written as a comment in the template) 

3. save in correct folder (WorkInProgess/correct/location) 

4. push it

5. create a pull request 

6. maintainers take over and merge or start a discussion.

the FEDERATE Coordination and Support Action, of which the SDV WG is a partner, is gathering information on SW building blocks which provides initial

descriptions for non-differentiating reusable software building blocks required
for SDV. 

Read access is public and write access is given to a group of experts within the

FEDERATE consortium who manage the content and moderate the process. It
provides established ways to discuss and refine content generally accepted in
the developer community.
