Greetings, SDV steering committee! I would like to nominate myself to continue to chair the Eclipse SDV marketing committee. I have held this seat since Sept 2022. This is a critical time for Eclipse SDV, and I feel that marketing and outreach will be pivotal to our mission.
One note - while I am glad to continue as chair, I am also cognizant of the value of bringing other leaders to the table. I consider this less an election and more an opportunity to work together. So while I am dedicated to the role and will continue with the committee regardless of outcome, I also want to encourage others to nominate and not to be intimidated. It's a great role within a great organization.

Jeffrey "Jefro" Osier-Mixon, Distinguished Community Architect, Red Hat
Jefro has been a developer, technical writer, community advocate, program manager, and governance leader in free and open source software (and hardware) projects for over 30 years. He leads open source relationships with open source automotive projects within Red Hat. He is an active participant within Eclipse SDV and elected chair of the marketing committee, and an elected board member in Eclipse IOT.
