[sdv-wg] ThreadX v6.4.2 is now available

Hi everyone.

I am pleased to announce the availability of Eclipse ThreadX version 6.4.2. This service release bundles minor fixes and improvements. Not all components have been updated. Please take a look at the details below.

ThreadX
The highlight of this release is the availability of a ThreadX port for RISC-V QEMU environments.

NetX Duo
This release adds a listen queue callback function and addresses vulnerabilities in the HTTP server shipped with NetX Duo.

USBX
This release corrects a memory allocation issue and adds device state checks and a new user API.

GUIX
GUIX is now built with Visual Studio 2022 Community Edition (version 17) and the associated toolchain and libraries.
