| [sdv-wg] Update on the Eclipse SDV Team |
Dear SDV community,
Today I’m happy to inform you about the future development of the Eclipse SDV WG team.
Effective July 1st 2024, Ansgar Lindwedel, currently Director SDV Ecosystem Development at ETAS, will take over the lead role of Director SDV Ecosystem Development at the Eclipse Foundation. He will drive the SDV ecosystem from within the Eclipse Foundation further with the existing team at the Eclipse Foundation.
Ansgar was involved in establishing the WG from the very beginning more than 2 years back and ever since then he drove the success of the WG in his very passionate way.
So having Ansgar as an employee of the Eclipse Foundation to support the ecosystem development around will be a perfect fit since he can leverage his enormous network in the automotive industry to advance the SDV WG. With Ansgar we will strengthen the existing team and will be prepared for future growth in membership, topics and significance.
Ansgars current role as the representative of Bosch to the SDV Steering Committee will be taken over by Björn Reistel, who already started to onboard into this new role.
