A project lead election for Claudio Guglielmo on project Eclipse Scout
(technology.scout) was started by Ivan Motsch with this criteria:

On Sun 16.02.2020 the project lead Andreas Hoegger passed away, RIP.

Claudio is part of the eclipse scout team since its foundation, he and Andy
always worked hand in hand.
He is respected by all team members and has excellent skills in long-term
decision making.

Therefore without any further references I nominate Claudio Guglielmo as new
project lead for eclipse scout.
