[scout-dev] bugzilla cleanup and new neon milestones

dear all

 

just did two things:

 

·         closed all bugzillas that shipped with the mars release (or an earlier scout release).

·         created new target milestones for the neon release

 

reminder: when updating bugzillas please make sure the target milestone field is properly set to match the release that will actually ship the change (in around 30 cases the  target milestone of the ticket had to be fixed).
