[score-dev] Committer Election for Akriti Singh Sengar on Eclipse Safe Open Vehicle Core has started

A Committer election for Akriti Singh Sengar on project Eclipse Safe Open
Vehicle Core (automotive.score) was started by Michael Saborov with this
criteria:

It is my pleasure to nominate Akriti Sengar (GitHub: @akritisingh1109,
https://github.com/akritisingh1109) as a committer on Eclipse Safe Open
Vehicle Core.

This nomination is based on a visible and sustained record of public
contributions to the project, in line with the Eclipse committer election
principle that a nominee should demonstrate actual and ongoing project merit
through transparent collaboration. Akriti’s work is publicly visible on
GitHub and reflects regular and substantive engagement with the project over
several months.

In the recent months, Akriti has performed 43 contributions across the
project repositories, primarily to
https://github.com/eclipse-score/config_management, demonstrating sustained
technical engagement. This level of ongoing contribution is a strong
indicator of long-term project ownership and readiness for committer
responsibility. Her public GitHub record shows consistent work on the
project’s core infrastructure and quality areas, including active
maintenance of the configuration and build ecosystem.

A particularly significant contribution is the publication of the mw::service
implementation in the S-Core codebase, in the pull request
https://github.com/eclipse-score/communication/pull/1153. This is an
important project-level contribution because it adds a core middleware
capability to the open codebase and makes it available for review, reuse, and
further evolution by the wider community.

Akriti has contributed essentially and continuously to the maintenance of
config_management, including software updates, tests, and documentation. Her
regular contributions to configuration management in terms of implementation,
testing, and documentation are strong evidence of good engineering judgment
and long-term commitment.

Taken together, these contributions demonstrate:

- sustained contribution over several months;
- a significant volume of recent commits;
- meaningful technical contribution to functionality of config_management;
- maintenance of software, tests, and documentation;
- a clear commitment to project quality and long-term maintainability;
- public, reviewable work consistent with the open, transparent, and
meritocratic principles of Eclipse.

For these reasons, I believe Akriti Sengar has earned the trust and technical
credibility required for committer status on Eclipse S-CORE, and I therefore
recommend her election as a committer.
