Sure, I can take over. I believe we need to write the EMO to seek approval/kickoff the process.

Thanks! When did we last do an annual review/project audit? We should probably do that again and consider archiving any dead projects and encouraging project leads to retire committers who are inactive (because they still have valid credentials, etc.).

For my part, I think it is time that we consider archiving EAVP and I have identified a number of committers on ICE that can be retired as I haven't heard from them in a project capacity in over two years.

So if we'd like to setup an annual review or something I'd say that's a good start on an agenda.

If you mean a meeting of the PMC, there are none scheduled since there has been no activity requiring one. If you’d like to propose an agenda we could set one up, though I don’t know who will attend apart from you and me.
