Criteria: Rickard has made a wonderful impact on the project and has been a pleasure to work with. They have addressed the following pull requests: https://github.com/jetty/jetty.project/issues?q=is%3Apr+author%3Arickardoberg A great effort that Rickard took on a refactoring of the way Jetty 13 will support different JakartaEE specification versions, a major feature in Jetty since Jetty 12. His efforts represent a substantial decrease in the burden required by servlet specifications, resulting in less code, less boilerplate, and a much cleaner overall feature. He has also been working on a range of bugs and test issues across the codebase, particularly related to Windows support.
