Sorry, I somehow missed the vote. Not that I have contributed much, if anything to EBR.
I recommend we flush out the inactive committers and do a revote.

Sight. I should have checked activity better. A lot of people listed as non-voting aren't active anymore. The only option I see is removing their committer status and do the voting again.
