[rt-pmc] Project lead election failed - need help

Dear PMC,

 

Last year, my election to gemini blueprint project lead failed as the necessary number of votes could not be acquired in the allotted time: https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/rt.gemini.blueprint/elections/election-olaf-otto-project-lead-gemini-blueprint.

 

Thus, the project is effectively blocked until there is an active lead and the election fails because of inaction.

 

Any suggestions on how to proceed here?
