The "Generate IP Log" link should take you to this page:

https://www.eclipse.org/projects/ip_log.php?id=rt.vertx

This is a bit of older technology so you may not be logged in. There are two links on this page labeled "login"; you'll have to click one of them. If you're logged in, you should see a "Submit" button at the bottom of the screen.

Wayne, I can't see any "submit" button. Can you clarify which page you're referring to
