The reason you could not find the source of the web site is because it appears to have never migrated to git! I opened bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=402523 to migrate.

Would anyone be interested in fixing the issues below?
Does anyone know which git repository holds the rt web site? I'm not even sure who has write access, although Tom and I, at least, should have that.
I tried raising a bug, but the only "products" you can choose are RT projects rather than RT itself.
